About our Conveyor Rollers & Idlers

We supply conveyor rollers and idlers for bulk material handling, including flat belt idlers, flat and troughed belt training idlers, troughed belt rubber idlers and return belt rubber idlers.

Rollers use precision smooth-surface ERW and seamless steel tube as per IS 9295, EN-8 spindles, deep groove ball bearings with C3 clearance and double multi-labyrinth seals, and are lubricated and sealed for life. Sizes follow IS 8598 for belt widths as per IS 4776, or can be made to suit your existing conveyor frame.

Construction

  • Shell: precision smooth-surface ERW and seamless steel tube as per IS 9295
  • Ends: pressed steel bearing housings with calibrated seats, welded to the tube
  • Spindle: EN-8 bars, precision ground at bearing and seal seats
  • Bearings: single-row deep groove ball bearings with C3 clearance
  • Sealing: double multi-labyrinth seal, inner seal, dust cover and rain cap
  • Lubrication: hi-lithium grease, sealed for life
  • Sizes as per IS 8598 for belt widths per IS 4776, or to suit your existing frame
